Get the most out of Grant Finder
This short guide covers the everyday tools: browsing the directory, saving listings, putting deadlines on your own calendar, and keeping an eye on anything you have suggested. If you want to add a grant instead, see how easy it is to contribute.
Search and filter
Start on the directory. You can narrow listings by status (open or closed), sector, beneficiary group, funding type, and amount. Use the search box when you already know a programme or funder name. Providers lists organisations that offer funding, if you prefer to browse by funder.
Save opportunities
Signed-in visitors can save a listing with the heart icon on a card or opportunity page. Saved items live on Saved so you can come back without hunting through the directory again.
Never miss a deadline
Open any listing with a closing date and use Add to calendar. You can send it to Google Calendar or Outlook, or download an ICS file for Apple Calendar and most other apps. The calendar page shows upcoming deadlines by month, with the same add-to-calendar option on each row.
Track your listings
After you suggest a new opportunity or a change, My listings shows whether it is still waiting for review, accepted, or not taken forward. You need to be signed in.
Stay updated
Subscribe to the Grant Finder newsletter from the footer for occasional updates. Confirm the email we send you. Product changes are listed on the changelog.
Your account
The account page is the hub for saved counts, your listings, and email or password changes. Sign-in uses a magic link or password, depending on how you registered.
