Description
Mighty Oaks was established in 2014 by a group of Christian professionals. We are dedicated to the health and well being of the elderly, promoting life with purpose, dignity, hope and love. Through education and collaboration, Mighty Oaks facilitates person centered care that supports the unique needs of the elderly. Connecting young and old benefits both. Our Anchor Children with Elderly (ACE) Community Programs build social connections between students and the elderly. Our vision is that every school in Hong Kong supports one elder facility in their vicinity. We aim to strengthen community bonds through social, recreational and educational intergenerational enrichment.
