Mainly for poverty and education project 2. Clear programme objectives, recipients, operation details, implementation approach, expected results, implementation schedule and budget 3. Give priority to supporting non-government funded projects 4. The organization should be a registered or charitable institution and should be able to provide sufficient information to prove that it has successfully conducted the relevant activities in the past.
