The Fund supports non-subvented local charities to run community projects focusing on the future skills development in three main themes, i.e., Financial Literacy, Climate change and Digital Literacy / Inclusion, and other related soft skills in order to enhance beneficiaries’ individual ability to tackle the rapid changing environment.
