Non-profit-making organizations* registered under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (including but not limited to organizations related to Chinese medicine, chambers of commerce or societies), local universities and registered higher education institutions can apply. Projects that have successfully applied for other government funding will not be considered.
*Non-profit organization is a non-profit-distributing organization that does not distribute dividends to its directors, shareholders, employees or any other person.
