The purpose of RCF is as follows: RCF is an HKSAR approved charitable organisation and is one of the few charitable bodies operating with Zero Administration Cost. With our objective "Taken from the Society, give back to the Society", we organise charity events to raise funds with a view to helping the needy and also to assist the children and elderly family members of low-income families. Our aim is to try and build a more harmonious society. We welcome everyone to make donations to us and to participate in our charity events. MISSION To organise charity events/functions; to lend a hand to the needy; To provide care in the Community especially for children and the elderly.
