Description
The shortage of SEN supportive services is one of the burning issues in Hong Kong at present, leading to numerous domestic tragedies caused by emotional distress. Having spent two years of in-depth research, Sheen Hok has launched the Rising Sun Project, with aims to provide immediate psychiatric support to the SEN students and families from the low-income group.
