Description
The Funding Scheme provides an independent funding source aiming: (a) to promote heritage preservation and district revitalisation in the urban renewal context to improve the quality of life of residents in the old urban areas; (b) to provide financial support to urban renewal heritage preservation and district revitalisation initiatives from Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and other stakeholders; and (c) to encourage community participation in heritage preservation and district revitalisation at the local level.
