The ASDF (Sports Portion) is a sub-fund established in 1997 under the Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation. It is managed by the CSTB to provide significant financial resources for the long-term development of sports in Hong Kong. It aims to elevate the status of Hong Kong athletes internationally and support the hosting of major sporting events locally.
