The Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities (Arts Fund) was established in 2019 with a $250 million injection by the HKSAR Government. Managed by the Secretariat to the Arts Fund under the SWD, its mission is to foster arts development for persons with disabilities (PWDs). The fund aims to enhance their arts knowledge, cultivate their potential through structured training, and support those with exceptional talent to pursue professional careers in performing, visual, or creative arts.
