The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong & Macau Public Affairs Section - 2025 EducationUSA Academy Scholarship Program

1. Eligible Applicants The following organizations are eligible to apply: • U.S, Hong Kong, and Macau not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations; and • U.S, Hong Kong, and Macau public and private educational institutions. For-profit or commercial entities are not eligible to apply. 2. Cost Sharing or Matching PAS strongly encourages, but does not require, that applicants include cost-sharing elements from additional sources in support of their proposals. 3. Other Eligibility Requirements Applicants may only submit one proposal per organization. If more than one proposal is submitted from an organization, all proposals from that institution will be considered ineligible for funding. In order to be eligible to receive an award, all organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number issued via www.SAM.gov as well as a valid registration on www.SAM.gov. Please see Section D.3 for information on how to obtain these registrations.
