The Community Chest of Hong Kong (the Chest) is committed to addressing imminent needs in society and assisting the underprivileged proactively and innovatively by raising money through community-wide appeals for member agencies and special purpose funds. The Chest pledges that all funds raised, without deduction of any administration expenses, will be allocated prudently to member agencies for the provision of quality social services in six major areas to those in need.
